Southwest Airlines wanted to give their pilots insight into the airline’s expert, on-the-ground support at Network Operations Control (the NOC), as well as the fiscal and operational down-the-line cost of departure delays. We wrote and produced these two long-form videos on a shoe-string budget and delivered beyond our client’s expectations.
